How to install  air vent perfect ?

1:Tool : Hand drill , riveted , self-tapping screw , screwdriver , ladder

2:Working conditions: according to the drawings to confirm the size and location of the air vent . according to the opening of the air gap and  height of the ceiling to confirm the size and length of the canvas, the length is less than 5cm , the circumference less 3cm

3,Technological process :the canvas is connected with the air duct . Air supply grills normally choose air grill or air diffuser . The air condition room choose air return grill . As air vent install is after installation of air duct and pipe fittings . So need choose different air grill . so It is necessary to carry out different construction techniques according to different classification .

Air supply grill : make a good size, leave a good location, fixed canvas well ,  after confirmed everything are ready well . Between the air vent and the pipe drill the hole around 4.2 MM, drilling hole spacing about 120-120 MM, the flexible use of hole spacing could have some change during construction . First drill hole on the four corners , then prize middle distance then and self tapping with rivets to fixed it .

Air return grill : According the position of the duct confirm the air return grill’s position ,fixed the air grill adjust the position and wind blade direction and use self-tapping screw fixed it well .

4,Quality standard :Air vent install in right position , The exposed part is smooth and beautiful, the same room is marked by the main body in alignment .

5,Attention:

(1) Check the air vent size carefully avoid the mistake

(2) Be careful can’t damage the air grill’s surface

(3) Air vent blade and frame riveting are suitable

(4) Air diffuser finished install need adopt a good way to protect it and duct , avoid contaminate
